When exporting a scatter plot, the namescape xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" should be added. The plots use xlink:href for their image. Reproduced on LibO 5.0.4.2

This is not really a easyHack, there are no code pointers. Thomas@ normally only core developers set easyHack, but if you do at least follow the easyHack rules.

Tested on 3.3.0, 4.3.7 and 5.0.4 portable versions and couldn't reproduce after creating a scatter plot and trying to export it as SVG. With no steps to reproduce, I'm marking it as WFM.
