Created attachment 122122 [details] Screen shot and failing documents I am trying to send eMails resulting from the mailing assistant. Merged files are generated as PDF. The document is correctly prepared and generates only 1 eMail for the test. When I press "Envoyer les documents" (send documents) an error is raised. When I press OK, LibreOffice closes. Note : I just upgraded to 5.0 because the problem was already present in 4.4.

We need clear reproducible steps. Just saying you're doing a mail merge of some kind is not sufficient. Please explain exactly the steps needed to see the crash, your OS, and a test case (zip files). Marking as NEEDINFO - once you provide the above please set to UNCONFIRMED. If it's a duplicate, let us know. Thanks.
