I have set the default calc template to use Arial 12. For reasons which are beyond me, the open sheet will switch to liberation sans. Similarly, when I open a new file using the Windows context menu in Windows Explorer, whether a calc or a document file, I always get Times Roman. I've looked through the docs, and online, but no joy. Comment please?
