quando si apre una tendina con una lista di date le stesse vengono visualizzate non nel formato settato nella  cella (per esempio gg/mm/aaaa 01/01/2015 nella tendina viene visualizzato come 41005)

As you are using formulas in Data/Validity format is not inherited.

In E7 you have a simple way to solve it using TEXT() function inside Data/Validity.

Please if you can use English here is the unique language here.

IN TESTO FUNCTION THERE IS AN ERROR: IT'S NOT CORRECT "DD/MM/AAAA" BUT WORKS CORRECTLY WITH "GG/MM/AAAA"

HOWEVER IN MICROSOFT EXCEL IT WORKS WITHOUT USING TESTO FUNCTION!
