Calc document showing the problem

See attached document.

Steps to reproduce:
-open document
-select cell E1
-right-click mouse, choose Insert comment
-type test (don't use the mouse)
-click with the mouse in cell E4 to close the comment
-the mouse cursor changes into a cross-hair <<-- unexpected
-click once more with the mouse
-the mouse cursor changes to normal again

Alternative:
-open document
-select cell H1
-right-click mouse, choose Edit comment
-comment opens for editing
-click with the mouse in cell E4 to close the comment
-the mouse cursor changes into a cross-hair <<-- unexpected
-click once more with the mouse
-the mouse cursor changes to normal again

Note: when removing the functions in G2:G5, the behaviour becomes as expected.
The problem described occurs with other documents (containing functions other than VLOOKUP) as well.

Problem can be reproduced with versions 4.4.7, 5.0.4 and 5.2(Master) on Windows and Linux. (Older versions not available.)

problem still exists in
version 7.4.0.0alpha0+ (openSUSE Leap 15.3)
and using the document in  attachment 122269 [details].
Using a new, empty, document does not show the problem when following the steps in description.

The behaviour as written in description still occurs on version 24.2.4.2 (Linux,  openSUSE Leap 15.6).
