In the french version, when two text files are open. If you want to go to the second one, you'll see both in the list. But when you want to go back to the first, you can't see it (only the first time).

Which LibreOffice version? Which Linux distro? Which desktop environment?

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
