libcdr contains project files for several versions of MSVC. But these project files are normally ignored by developers when new source files or dependencies are added, so they are very likely out-of-date.

The goal is to update the project files used by the current version(s) of MSVC to make it possible to build the library again. Project files for older MSVC versions should be removed.

The project files are in build/win32.

build/win32 does not exist in core, please provide a code pointer

This bug is for libcdr, not libreoffice.

Removing easyHack, since the purpose of easy hacks are to learn new contributors how to use the tools used by LO (like gerrit etc). I do believe this is easy to solve, but do not help lower the ladder for new contributors in respect of learning how LO works.
