-If is open one file OTS and in second time open another exist file ODS (not new), file OTS crash (this not if open a new ods file)
-If is open one file ODS and in second time open one OTS, it's ok

Opened an ots, then opened a ods from recently used list, no crash for me.
Maybe this crash only occurs with particular documents or in some particular sequence, but the steps to reproduce are not sufficient to reproduce for me.

If it still occurs for you try and attach the offending documents and give the exact steps to reproduce.
