And have you installed the offline help?
If it is installed, it should be shown in your Control panel - Programs and software

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if it is installed. Change to RESOLVED INVALID, if it wasn't.
Comment 2 Dave Duncan 2016-02-12 19:22:30 UTC
Offline help was installed. (Note I went back to 5.0.4 and everything works, Still a newby and working out the differences and getting used to limitations.)

I can not confirm with 5.1.2.2 (x64), win10.

Dncan, please test with actual version. http://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/

Confirm existence of bug after fresh install under Linux.

Using Locale language of English(UK), and having reset UI language from Default English(US) to English(UK)- still unable to access offline help.

The opened link is:

http://help.libreoffice.org/scalc/SC_HID_SC_WIN_GRIDWIN?Language=en-US&System=WIN&Version=5.2

I think this is because the Calc work area has the SC_HID_SC_WIN_GRIDWIN ID assigned but this is not present in the helpcontent.
Comment 7 Gabor Kelemen (allotropia) 2017-07-13 15:54:04 UTC
Unassigning, I was wrong in my last comment. The necessary ID is present in the helpcontent:
http://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/help/source/text/scalc/main0000.xhp#32

Is this still an issue with a 5.4 build? I'm unable to reproduce this.
