1. Select table from "Source Document"
2. Press "Copy"
3. Create new doc
4. Press "Paste"
Expected Result: table inserted
Сurrent result: Nothing happens. "Insert" a command is active

Table on page 2? Works for me.

Any table. The "paste" works if you select a type of formatting , inserted in any format other than the first (XML). Hotkey Ctrl + V will not work. From another sources (any apps) works.

Works also with table from page 30.

I don't have XML in the options.

Maybe try https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption_in_the_user_profile

I completely delete the profile but it did not help.

1. Create new document.
2. Create in this document table 5x5
3. Select menu Window-New window.
4. Type text in table for new window. Select this text and press a Copy button
5. Select first window set cursor to another cell and press a Paste button.

I downgraded to 5.0.5. All works fine.

The same as buovjaga, I cannot reproduce the problem. So let's set as WorksForMe.
Maybe there is some other problem that is not clear from the description? Possibly help from other users may help to find that?
