Description Pepe 2016-02-17 09:42:18 UTC
(First of all, sorry for bad english)

Example:

Cell content: abcde12345

Search pattern: abc*

The search matches the cell (OK).

Replace by: hello

Result cell: hellode12345
(replaces only the search pattern).

Desired result: hello
(Replace the entire conten)

Make an option for selecting if the user wants to replace only the match pattern or the entire cell content (This is the default ms excel behavior).

Thank you

It is enough to use:
abc.*

as the search pattern.

Is it ok for you?
Comment 2 Pepe 2016-02-17 15:18:00 UTC
Yes, it works perfect.

Thank you and I apologize for the inconvenience.
