Description edghren 2016-02-19 13:50:26 UTC
Impossible to run an impress file presentation when plugged on a videoprojector. Libreoffice crash and shut. No problem without the videoprojector

Is this a new behavior with version 5.1?
Does it help, if you disable Tools - Options - LibO - View - Use OpenGL for all rendering and restart LibO?

You can try getting a backtrace of the crash: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/How_to_get_a_backtrace_with_WinDbg

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.

this behavior occured only with version 5.1. Not possible for me to try again cause I don't have any more the video-projector. I think open Gl was disabled (I have not change defaults options)
Comment 3 Buovjaga 2016-02-21 16:53:27 UTC
So you can never test again with the projector? Then we have to close the report.

I will try again next week and I'll give you the results. I hope I will arrive to backtrace the crash.
Thanks for your help

I tried again this morning, in the same conditions, with the same computer and projector: No crash. I think we can close this report
Thank you

All right. You can always set this back to unconfirmed, if it happens again.
