new style: not recorded
conditional formating: not recorded
sometime, column width changing are not recorded. Sometime ok

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create new style
2.conditional formating: "cell value" "is equal to"   a string of characters 
3.I record
Actual Results:  
After closing and reopen the calc, my changes are missing

What file format do you use to save?

Yes, the format is the answer:
I saved with xlsx (excel 2013).
I try to save in xls (excel 2003): it's ok.
