In order to speed up customization of custom animations, i believe that the Delay spinbox control found in the Timing tab of the Effects Options dialog should also be available in the sidebar, as i would assume it is the most highly modified field in the dialog. If others have opinions of other highly used fields in the dialog, please do let us know.
