Pivot pilot insert (no menu)

I install today LO :
Version: 5.1.0.3 (x64)
Build ID: 5e3e00a007d9b3b6efb6797a8b8e57b51ab1f737
CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Windows 6.29; UI Render: GL; 
Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR)

We have no option menu to insert a pivot table and the other menus are greyed!!

With LO :
Version: 5.0.5.1 (x64)
Build ID: 7609023f63524a6c8326f6c82e7e23f55a5b7bb5
Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR)

it is OK..

Try Insert->Pivot Table...

(there will be an extra menu entry in the Data menu. See https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91820#c54 )
