Created attachment 123129 [details] Extension: .rtf; Format (as seen in Explorer): OpenOffice 1.1 Spreadsheet; Opens in: OpenOffice Calc I have added the file in question. After taking a look at in Notepad++, it appears the structure of the file was radically changed, which supports the bug.
Repair your file association. Writer open this file without problem.
