Pop-up window not showing text

Drop down menus show options for a while. After about 30 minutes or so, they disappear. This includes any pop-up windows for exiting or saving any document within LibreOffice.

What if you disable Tools - Options - LibO - View - Use OpenGL for all rendering?

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
