Description Stéphane Aulery 2016-03-01 16:58:17 UTC
Dear Maintainer,

I encountered an issue with Export to "Microsoft PowerPoint 2007/2010 XML (.pptx)" File type:

-> random center-formatted lines change to left-formatted lines.

To reproduce this bug, just open bug_libreoffice.odp in libreoffice impress, click on File, Save As, and select the format "Microsoft PowerPoint 2007/2010 XML (.pptx)". Open the resulting bug_libreoffice.pptx (again with libreoffice) and see the difference.

Thanx,
		Nick

You don't provide much info in your reports about what system you're on and which version of LO you're running.

Ok, sorry.

Nick Manini <nicola.manini@mi.infm.it> used version 3.5.4 on Debian i686
and me version 5.0.1.2 on windows 7 32bits.

Better not provide email addresses over here.
V3.5.4 is very old, so there won't be any support for it anymore.
Could you test with a newer (version 5.0.4 or higher) and see if the problem is still there ?!

Ok.

I can reproduce it with versions 5.0.1.2 on Windows 7 32 bits and 5.1.0.3 on Windows 7 64 bits.

Confirmed with v5.1.1.1 under ubuntu 14.04 x64.
Confirmed with v4.4.7.2 under windows 7 x64.
Confirmed with v3.3.4 under windows 7 x64.

Text alignment is set to 'left' instead of 'center' on saving to pptx, but not on ppt.

I can not reproduce any issues with LO 6.0, but can reproduce all of the issues with the version of the original reporter (LO 3.3.0).

The test case points out three issue. I could confirm the last remaining issue (BUG 1: Center-formatted line changes to left aligned) with the version of the last commentator. But now, all issues are gone in recent builds.
