Hi, You don't need sample file. It happen when you open base the first time after the installation. thanks
For the test, could you rename your LibreOffice directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) and give it a new try? Thank you
Hello, it's not working. I have the error message only on the first run of Base. When I run base after the first crash it's working well!
did you experience the bug with 5.1.1.3 (like in the first comment) or with 5.1.0.3 too (like in the title) moreover which exact Windows version do you use? anyway looks like a regression from 5.0.5.2
I trust it is the version in the title. Minda: with this tool, you can quickly download and install separately any version you wish: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/SI-GUI You could then try getting a backtrace of the crash: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/How_to_get_a_backtrace_with_WinDbg
Hello Tommy27, Yes I experience the bug with 5.1.1.3 and 5.1.0.3. It's only append with Windows 2008. (I try to run with Windows 7 and it's working fine)! Yes it's look like a regression ;) (In reply to tommy27 from comment #5) > did you experience the bug with 5.1.1.3 (like in the first comment) or with > 5.1.0.3 too (like in the title) > > moreover which exact Windows version do you use? > > anyway looks like a regression from 5.0.5.2
Will you consider trying a backtrace?
Hello Buovjaga, I try to getting a backtrace and I can't. Error appends only on the first run. I think it's maybe a problem with user profile. I realize... LO crash what ever I try to run on the first time. In my AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user At the first run, I only have extensions folder with buildid file in it... nothing else! But why can't you get the backtrace on the first run? You can launch only LibreOffice start center, then attach debugger and THEN launch some application.
Buovjaga, If I try to run LibreOffice start center at the first launch, it crashed.I realized that no matter the chosen application at the first launch, LO crashed
It might be because of OpenGL problems. After the first crash, OpenGL is automatically turned off.
Please give us the contents of your C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache\opengl_device.log
Buovjaga, the content of the file: DriverVersion: DriverDate: DeviceID: AdapterVendorID: 0x0000 AdapterDeviceID: 0x0000 AdapterSubsysID: 0x00000000 DeviceKey: System\CurrentControlSet\Services\RDPDD\Device0 DeviceString: RDPDD Chained DD
(In reply to minda26 from comment #14) > DeviceString: RDPDD Chained DD You are using RDP remote connection?
yes on remote connection. I installed LO 5.1.1 on Windows 2012 and it's working fine! (I try to virtualize LO for Citrix.)
with version 5.1.2 bug is not there anymore
