Description csongor 2016-03-15 21:21:14 UTC
Last time when I used MSWord (6.0 in '97 or so), I was able to select a line, a paragraph or a section if I clicked the left margin once, twice or three times, respectively. Moreover, the click-hold-down-pull-release movement selected several subsequent complete lines.

(Maybe triple click selected a complete page, not a section, I don't remember exactly.)

I can live without this feature but it was so convenient. I think I requested this feature many years ago, maybe in the bugzilla of OpenOffice but it doesn't exist in LO's bugzilla so I file it now.

In Word 2010:
Single click - select line
Double click - select paragraph
Triple click - select all
