graph bar showing an overlap with the axis

In the bar/column display of a graph, the bar overlaps slightly with the axis. It makes a weird image (attached). I wonder if it is desired?

Hello, axis has width 0,2 cm. You can set lower value in properties.

I know, and that's the point - what if I want it to be large? The bar should be under axis line...
