Presently Outline view only works correctly with the 'Title, Content' layout, so if the 'Title and 2 Content' layout is selected, it only permits modification of the bullets in the first content textbox. Should outline allow a user to modify all the available content textboxes in a slide?

Looks like a good enhancement. Simple solution might be to use another tree level.
