Steps to reproduce:

1. Draw a rectangle and fill some Text in it
2. Rotate the rectangle by any angle

Actual result: text is horizontal regardless angle of rotation
Note: error is a regression, it was Ok in LibreOffice Draw 5.0

This bug also applies to Impress and still exists in LO A sample is attached.

Not reproduced in LibreOffice Draw on Windows 10 x64

from yesterday.
