A base with a form and an empty form folder

Open the attached base.

It contains only a form and an empty form folder.

Drag and drop the form on the folder.

Expected behaviour : the form should be moved to the folder.

Actual behaviour : Base asks for a new form name, then crashes LibreOffice.

I can not confirm with Version: 5.2.0.0.alpha0+

Seems to be fixed in dev version. Please could you test with dev version?

I did not test with the dev version, but I cannot reproduce the bug in 5.2.0.4.
