xlsx workbook with a data set

Similar to a bug reported in 2013: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62312, marked as solved, but I still encounter the issue.

Steps to reproduce:
- create a chart with points y=f(x)
- insert error bars from range of cells
- save the file and close it
- open the file: the error bar disappeared

Expected behaviour:
- create a chart with points y=f(x)
- insert error bars from range of cells
- save the file and close it
- open the file: the error bar are there

Note that I don't encounter the problem if the workbook is saved as .ods.
See the attachments.

I work on Manjaro Linux.
