Affected sample file

The attached file creates a crash when saving, the problem happens only in Windows. For reproducing the problem the file must be saved 2 times: open it, change some text and save it, change some text again and save it and then is when it crashes

Sometimes when crashing a window is displayed which says 'Could not create system'

Hello, I can reproduce crash with 5.1.1.3, but not with Version: 5.2.0.0.alpha0+; win7

Seems to be fixed with dev version. Please could you test it with dev version?  You can download it here: http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/

Yes, it's true, it's not reproducing in master. As it will be very difficult to find and backport a specific fix I think it's better to close the bug
