When I want to change cell format of a cell that contain date and I chose Arabic or Persian language, the "format cells" window (screenshot attached) shows some formats with squares above the text.

How to reproduce:
1. right click cell, chose format cells...
2. in language drop down menu chose some Arabic local
3. in Category chose date

Tested on:
Version: 5.2.0.0.alpha0+

I looked at that bug #90261 before, the difference is that characters are actually showing correctly here but for some reason it have squares over it.

The older one do not show characters.
