Description Rpnpif 2016-04-22 10:51:30 UTC
To reproduce :
I create a text area in a calc document.
Focus on it.
Several icons disappear or become blue.
The effect is not always the same.

Pass the cursor over the icons refresh their images and fix them.

This is reproducible here.

OpenGL was disabled.

Debian Jessie-backports and HD Radeon from AMD with last official Debian drivers.
4.4 kernel Linux.

No issue with icons in other software, only in LO.

Screenshot attached.

This bug exists yet in 5.1.3.1 so I think it is the same with 5.1.2.

The first time that I launch this command, all works fine with 5.0.6 and 5.1.3 with good icons.

But I restarted the computer, I launched again this command and the bug was still here with .

Now the bug is always present.

So in some unknown and rare conditions, all works fine.

Thank for your help.

LO 4.4.7.2 is affected but not 4.2.2.1-1 nor 4.3.3-2, this last from Debian.

An interesting tip:
I installed LO 4.2 that it has not this bug.
After some tries, I launched LO 5.1.3.
Now the icons have no issues!

When I restarted the computer and launched again LO 5.1 and not LO 4.2, now the issue is present and the icons disappeared with the text area.

So with the versions that have not the problem, the display of the icons is modified so that the LO 5.1 works fine and benefit of this mysterious setting.
In other words, I think that LO 4.2 prepared the display in order to LO 5.1 can work fine. Problem with GTK ?

I think that this issue was fixed in 5.1.4.2, Build ID: f99d75f39f1c57ebdd7ffc5f42867c12031db97a.

Debian 8.5.

Thanks.
