Description welshart 2016-04-27 10:46:18 UTC
Vertically oriented text becomes horizontal after upgrade to 5.2.2

In a non-editable area of the spreadsheet text that is vertical in 5.1.1.3 is horizontal in 5.2.2.

After uninstall of 5.2.2 and reinstall of 5.1.1.3 the text is as expected.

Pdf export of 5.0.6 ods by failed 5.1.2 Windows build

Resulting pdf in failing 5.1.2
Comment 5 Friedmann Bruno 2016-04-27 11:47:59 UTC
We seen that also on .odg files
More attachment can be provided.

We test 5.0.6.1 Windows build 32 and 64 bits (under windows 7 and windows 10)
both working.
Same plateforms with any 5.1x version are failing (text is made horizontal)

printscreen from 5.2

Version: 5.2.0.0.alpha0+; win7

Seems to be fixed with dev version. Please could you test it with dev version? You can download it here: http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/

Tested with libo-master~2016-04-27_23.43.36_LibreOfficeDev_5.2.0.0.alpha1_Win_x86.msi

Test pass.

Please not that original bug had typo "5.2.2" vice "5.1.2"
Many thanks.

Note that OP’s screenshot has OpenGL rendering enabled, while yours does not. Maybe the problem lies there?
