glxinfo opengl grep info

Here is the problem. When I use the basic animations, they all work, but when I use the exciting or something similar to it, all that I see is nothing. I went into the settings of LibreOffice -> View and selected the "Use OpenGL for all rendering" option and I restarted LibreOffice. Again did the steps to reproduce it and no progress. Nothing, no preview, just a blink and stop. Ran "glxinfo | grep OpenGL" and went through it, doesn't seem to be anything wrong.

Need specifics...

Do you mean the object reveal animations within a slide from the "Custom Animations" deck of the sidebar? Or are you talking about the full slide advance effects from the "Transition Slide" deck?

Also, what Linux distro release and desktop environment are you using. Is is GTK2, or does it enable GTK3?

I am talking about some advanced animations in the 'Custom Animations' tab. Yeah, the reveal animations. I am using Ubuntu MATE 16.04, uses MATE as DE, probably has GTK3.

Wait a sec, I just query the packages related to 'libreoffice' and I saw that the 'libreoffice-gtk3' hasn't been installed. That means the LO i'm running on my system is just GTK2 integrated.
