If export to pdf without file created, works fine, but if file is created and want to overwrite, then Calc crash with message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Export to pdf
2.Calc "ask file exist"
3.Cofirm to overwrite

I don't get the problem.

You could try to get a backtrace https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/How_to_get_a_backtrace_with_WinDbg

And try this https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption_in_the_user_profile

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided further testing information.
