You could try to get a backtrace https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/How_to_get_a_backtrace_with_WinDbg And try this https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption_in_the_user_profile Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided further testing information.
