Description Eric 2016-05-14 17:49:10 UTC
OpenSuse 13.1 x86_64 LibreOffice 4.1.6.2 Build ID: 410m0(Build:2)

Pick a cell, right click and select "Copy"
Now move to a different cell but make sure that you don't double click
The cell you copied from should be outlined in dashed lines
Right click the new cell and select "Format Cells"
The "Format Cells" dialog is totally corrupted and unreadable
Close the dialog
Select a cell and double click to make the dashed lines go away from the original copied cell
Now move to a different cell by single clicking on a new cell
Right click and select "Format Cells"
The "Format Cells" dialog appears and is normal

Please try with LibreOffice 5.1.3.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
Comment 2 Eric 2016-05-16 04:57:08 UTC
This works fine in version 5.1.3.2 Build ID: 10m0(Build:2)
Looks like OpenSuse needs to upgrade to a newer version of LibreOffice
This can be closed - thanks
