Error message when open a file with big amount of rows (more than 5000)

Error message when open a file with big amount of rows (more than 5000)

Open *.xls or *.csv wile with big amount of rows (more than 5000)

Actual result: 
1. The error message about problem with correct downloading data is displayed. See attachment.
2. File is opened, but the 'X3055' cell has all data which should contain in the next 2000 rows.

Expected result:
It should be possible to open a file with big amount of lines (more than 5000)

Problem was in the data of the file.
