As the sidebar options dont work when running in 'in a window' presentation mode (Slide Show > Slide Show Settings...), it should be disabled, just like the slides pane is disabled in this mode.

yes should be disabled, but in general it's not a big deal, cause it didn't work and it's a very specific corner case.
