in writer there is an wrap sidebar section which is only visible when select an image, but wrap options should be visible at: - image - fontwork - drawing - media - ole

Not with Font-work, while it is an option for them with right-click.

commit has to be reverted, wrap feature is not implemented for shapes so when we select any option from that panel in the sidebar LibreOffice crashes. https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/123448

The patch was reverted so it's not fixed. Still worth to fix, removing UX keyword.
