Description: The icons on the Shapes panel are not correctly spaced vertically (see the screenshots) in high DPI. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use a 4K monitor. Set DPI to 200% 2. Start Draw 3. I can confirm this issue. Windows 10, LibO 7.4.0. 27" Screen with 175% scaling.

Note, reducing the scaling to 100% fixes this issue completely. Apologies, I forgot to state that I am definitely affected by the "shape menu overlap" bug too, and believe the Impress sidebar text overlap is the same bug.from a similar origin.
It looks like a fix for the animation pane has been discovered and merged: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/171659 I'm going to see if the same fix is needed for the shapes menu.
