OS Linux Mint 17.2, kernel 3.16

The problem is critical for netbooks, on high-res desktops is not so critical.
Repro:
1) Drag window of LO Writer to the bottom of the screen, till File menu is dropped down not up
2) Hover cyrsor to the end of menu
->3) Menu is not clickable
