I think that Libre Office requires an UI redesign to take advantage of it's properties. You have an advanced Office product but it needs to change it's face. The main thing is that the front end of your suite if filled of icon buttons without names and functions with no order... The solution could be organizing them in tabs as other office suites do. The thing is that your UI isn't very good because it isn't organized. Icons are ok but they need to be reorganized and you need to attach text to your buttons.
Rather a general request, the bugzilla isn't really the best place for a general discussion about improving the UI. Closing this as there isn't a specific single bug per-se that someone can resolve.
