Sample docx with issues as provided by client

Attached docx document has issues on opening (missing formatting etc.). Attached PDF in following note is how it looks after imported to MS Office 97 and PDF'd with PDF Creator (not by me!).

4 others docs with similar issues were provided by the same client. Not sure why a French public body would be providing docx...

This document sadly contains mostly currently badly supported VML elements (the drawing elements).

One of the other problems I saw is the use of bad formatting choices for the text:
"Conditions d’exécution Dispositif de sécurité". The correct way to create two lines is to either create two paragraphs or add a line break... not to change the spacing before and after the paragraph as the font size may vary from a machine to another.

Lowering priority for this as VML is also a deprecated bit of OOXML.

Having looked at doc properties I'm guessing it was originally created in earlier version of Word, then opened by "Valued Acer Customer" in Office 2K7 and saved as docx at that point. Be nice to be able to deal with it (helps with the "we should have MS Office for compatibility" calls) but we know how to workaround when we have to.

I modified Status due to facts.
Comment 6 A (Andy) 2013-05-05 11:33:20 UTC
reproducible with LO 4.0.2.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit), if I compare it with MSO 2007

Result:
Page 1: the frame is not correct
Page 2 - 4: the bullets are displaced
