Scenario snapshot.

Platform: SLED 11 sp1 i586
build info: LibreOffice

    1. Launch Libreoffice

    2. Select from the menu Tools->Options->Lireoffice->General

The Hlep Formating list has been totally disappeared:

        - Default
        - High Contrast #1/#2/Black/White

[Extra Information]

+ I didn't find out information in the mailing list/existing bugs that we intended to do this. If confirmed as bug, it is a regression against RC1 and a potential blocker as well.

+ attached a screenshot to explain everything.

Yifan: Nice catch! - though in this case the change was deliberate :-)

It has been disabled by commit 9a14ab77f2437812c48f7c221f18a4f3d2ed8271 in components:

    * Remove the Help Formatting controls to make more room. Without this
the enable experimental check box would go outside the visible area
      on Mac.
    This fixes fdo#32133

Thank you!

Hi Kendy, thanks for the info :) Do we remove this permanently or will call it back some time (3.4)? If removing it, I'll update some automation script to ignore this test.
