When in design view for a form, In the right-click menu, if you select control, the dialog box wont open IE: 

If I select a Label, right-click it, select control, the Label:Properties dialog box wont open so, there is no way to edit it.

This also affect buttons, fields, anything in form design view.

I don t know if other dialog box are affetced too.

should work in rc4, try that
