Description Tohotom 2011-01-24 13:27:05 UTC
I use Hungarian local settings (no language packs installed), wich uses comma (,) for decimal point, instead of dot (.) like in the English settings.

Swiching "Locale Settings" at "Tools --> Options --> Language Settings --> Languages" will change the font size from "10.5" (or 10,5) making to "105".This applies only to the dropdown list in the "Formatting toolbar". Font sizes in "Format --> Character" will behave in the correct way. Also, typing the font size manually will give correct value.

Thanks!

[Reproducible] with "LibreOffice 3.3.0 RC4 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) English UI [OOO330m19 (build 6 / tag 3.3.0.4)]".

Steps to reproduce:
1. open LibO WRITER document with English UI and English locale setting
2. Settings Paragraph style default - Rimes New Roman, 10.5 px
3. Type text "123"
4. Menu 'Tools > Optionns > Language Settings > Languages > Locale setting
Modify from "Englisch (USA) to "Hungarian"
5 Press <oK> while you watch character size pulldown
  expected: "10,5" or "10.5"
  actual: view changes to 105

Its only a "view problem", typing some additional characters shows that selected size still is "10.5 px"

Same with OOo 3.4-dev

Tohotom: 3.3.0 is quite old, do you reproduce this with a newer LO version? (Last stable version of LO is 4.2.4)

Thank you Tohotom for your feedback.

Let's put this to WFM even if 4.3 branch isn't EOL for the moment.
