Example of Cell Border issues

Testing opening of Excel xls with cell borders for single and multiple cells.
After opening in LibreOffice 3.3 RC4 as xls: 
- borders on single cells are fine
- all borders of multiple cells start at row 1, which is not the original position.
See attached pdf in which the original positions are indicated/numbered.

Yes, this is a known issue, but unfortunately it was discovered a little too late for 3.3.  But it will be fixed in 3.3.1.

In fact, this is already fixed in the 3.3.1 branch.
