In LibreOffice 3.3 there seems to be bundled an old version of the dictionary "German (de-DE frami)" from May 2010 (2010-05-25). 

The most recent and extended version was released on the 4th of December 2010.

Due to Bug 35057 (marked as a duplicate of this bug):

The bundled German dictionaries AT-frami (de-AT) and CH-frami (de-CH)
are still outdated version 2010.05.25.

Only the German dictionary DE-frami (de-DE) has been updated to 
current version 2010.12.04.

Well, in the original bug report only de_DE was mentioned. I'll update de_AT and de_CH, too. First in master branch, then in release branch, if I get it approved.
