These are the files: base/dbaccess/source/ui/dlg/dlgsize.src calc/sc/util/sc.r filters/binfilter/bf_sc/util/sc.r filters/binfilter/inc/bf_sw/poolfmt.awk libs-core/desktop/util/writer.r writer/sw/inc/poolfmt.awk For "base/dbaccess/source/ui/dlg/dlgsize.src" there is a Oracle copyright note right above. Seems like the Star Division copyright note was simply forgotten to remove.
Heh, I was a bit subtle I guess. Oracle should have inherited all those copyrights from Sun Microsystems, so they would be the only ones that could change the notices on those files. I logged a bug against them at http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=116747 with your findings.
