e.g. like so

Looking at sd we're getting and passing around AutoLayout args to a few methods, CreatePage, DuplicatePage, InsertPageSet, etc. but we're not actually doing anything with those arguments.

Attached patch removes these, but *should* we be using them somewhere, any idea ?

Note to self: re-check after m98 merge is done. but likely superfluous indeed.
