video that shows a bug

When page is zoomed enough for vertical scrollbar to show and a comment is inserted and active, it's impossible to scroll page vertically. I'm attaching a simple video that shows a bug.

It happens on both Debian GNU/Linux x86-64 (LO 3.3.1) and Windows 7 32bit (LO 3.3.0). It did not happen on Open Office 3.2 (tested on Ubuntu 10.10).
