Already reported in Bug 36521. I'm not sure that is a correct procedure, but I close 36521 because of nomination as stopper of this bug.

IMHO this is not a blocker at all. (and then should not block the bug 35673) Maybe only trivial? What do you think? P.S. didn't edit anything above yet, just a comment

Just for record, the bug 35673 is not only for blockers. It is for any annoying bug that affects many users. I have just better described it at http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Release_Criteria. Anyway, I agree that this bug is minor and it does not belong to most annoying bugs. Let's keep the meta bug for more critical problems.
From the developer's point of view this is minor but from the marketing point of view this is a blocker, because having the OOo icon in the language pack is a terrible branding mistake. Developers should understand that marketing has specific needs for the success of the project, which are different from developer's but equally important. This is not annoying for users but annoying for the whole project, and is definitely damaging developer's work (as it look amateurish). I am not going to change this as a blocker, but I am going to involve the ESC, because if this is not being fixed before we release the stable version I will not distribute the press release (as the OOo icon in a single language pack is a marketing blocker). I think that branding problems should be included in release criteria.
