Unpack and install LibO_3.4.0beta4_Win_x86_install_multi.exe
(in that case: server image - setup /a).

The English dictionary extension "dict-en" is not available in the directory 
<Program Files>\<LibO_340>\share\extensions.

If confirmed: keyword "regression" 
(Is OK in LibO 3.4 Beta3)
