Into write ,press F11 key, choose page style tab: if i apply some formatting to one page, the style is applied to all pages; i cannot apply differents styles to the pages.
You have to insert a manual break or edit "next style" field if you want to change the page style in a document. Not a bug at all for me, it's a normal behavior. Try asking to user mailing list.

If I double click on a page style name in "Styles and formatting" the current page style changes properly. The current page style is shown in statusbar. I cannot see anything wrong in LibO behavior...

The method works with the other formatting styles - Paragraph, Characters, Frame, etc. - of the "Styles and formatting" dialog. If you believe that this behavior is not intuitive and you have an alternative, you can open an enhancement bug describing your idea.
