Into write ,press F11 key, choose page style tab: if i apply some formatting to one page, the style is applied to all pages; i cannot apply differents styles to the pages.

You have to insert a manual break or edit "next style" field if you want to change the page style in a document. Not a bug at all for me, it's a normal behavior. Try asking to user mailing list.

It works from the menu but it doesn't work from "Styles and formatting" dialog (called with F11 key). Bug reopened.

I don't understand... have you inserted a page break? If I double click on a page style name in "Styles and formatting" the current page style changes properly. The current page style is shown in statusbar.
I cannot see anything wrong in LibO behavior...

I read the manual shipped with LibreOffice and I also read this page:

http://help.libreoffice.org/Writer/Creating_a_Page_Style_Based_on_the_Current_Page

If I apply the style from the "Styles and formatting" dialog (called with F11 key and from the menu format), the styles is applied to all pages.
The method works with the other formatting styles - Paragraph, Characters, Frame, etc. - of the "Styles and formatting" dialog.
This is a bug i can also found into previous version of LibreOffice and OpenOffice.

It's not a bug for me. You must have page break and the option Format > Paragraph... > Text flow > With Page Style selected for the first paragraph after the page break.
This is exactly what the command in the menu does.
If you believe that this behavior is not intuitive and you have an alternative, you can open an enhancement bug describing your idea.
